Houseboat slips:
- Piers 1 through 5 are parallel.
- Slips at Harbor, Pier 1 South, 6, 7, Marina and Cottage are pull in, double entry with an additional $6.00 Per SQ. FT. over the finger length.
- All houseboat slips include water, cable TV and have metered electric.
- Cellular service, courtesy wireless, and internet service are available.
- All rates are based on one vessel per slip.
- All slips will include (3)free pump out tokens.
