Any business or individual asked or willing to perform a service of any kind on Conley Bottom Resort property is required to turn-in a Certificate of Liability to the Marina office. Any service performed on CBR property without such a certificate on file is prohibited. Those who attempt to perform services on the property without a certificate on file will be asked to leave and cease services at the Resort until they have shared their insurance information with the office. There may also be legal ramifications for trespassing. Certificates of liability must be updated with the office on a yearly basis.

To file a certificate of liability with Conley Bottom Resort to gain permission for performing services at the Marina, please email a copy of the document to reservations@conleybottom.com with a subject line of “Certificate of Liability.”
